1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPOSED?
Handling time (days) 1 to 3 business days( Monday to Friday). Some items are custom, however, and may take slightly longer during the holidays. Please contact us first (info@christmasxlights.com) for more details.
2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Usually, Transit time (days) (Monday to Friday) time takes 7~12 working days to arrive after dispatch. During rush days, please estimate an extra 5 business days more than usual.

3. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
2-3 working days after your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's details and your consignment number, this can be used to track your order.
4. CANICHANGE MY ADDRESS?
Please contact us (info@christmasxlights.com) within 2 hours after your order has been placed.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address specified when you placed your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and, where applicable, that someone is available to accept or sign for the delivery with the selected delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for packages signed for by anyone other than the recipient.
